Long-term solutions, not quick fixes
We believe in fixing pest problems properly. That means finding out how pests are getting into your home and what is attracting them, as well as treating the infestation itself. We know many people would rather we used as few chemicals as possible, so we use non-chemical methods where we can and use professional products sparingly and only when they are needed.
On our first visit, and on every visit after that, we give you practical advice to stop the problem returning once it has been treated.
What happens on a visit
- Call or send an enquiryTell us what you are seeing and where. We will give you an idea of cost and arrange a visit.
- SurveyWe identify the pest, find how it is getting in and check for any wider issues such as damaged drains or gaps in brickwork.
- Treatment and proofingWe treat the problem and, where it makes sense, block entry points so pests cannot get back in.
- Follow-upWe return where the treatment needs it and make sure the problem is resolved.
Common problems in homes
We deal with every common household pest, including rats and mice, wasp nests, ants and fleas, bed bugs, squirrels in the loft and nesting birds. For bees, we carry out live extraction and rehoming.
Annual bait box service
If you live near farmland, water or woodland, rodents can be a recurring problem. Our annual bait box service gives you routine visits through the year to monitor activity and keep on top of it before it becomes an infestation. See pest control contracts for details.
Empty and void properties
Pests move into empty homes quickly. We treat void properties for landlords, agents and solicitors and can combine this with security checks and clearances. See probate and voids.
If you are not completely satisfied with our treatment within three months, we will come back and treat again free of charge.
